Steps¶
- Step 1: Place the
1 Grated bottlegourd into a pressure cooker or steamer and steam it for 3-5 minutes. - Step 2: Heat a pan and put
2 Tablespoons Clarified Butter (Ghee) . - Step 3: Saute the steamed bottlegourd on medium heat until it turns slightly brown.
- Step 4: Add
2 tablespoons double cream and cook it for another 5-7 minutes. - Step 5: Now add
2 tablespoons Erythritol and mix it well. - Step 6: Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Step 7: Sprinkle
1 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well. - Step 8: Roast
8 gms(5 pieces) Cashew nuts ,6 gms(5 pieces) Almond nuts and6 gms(10 pieces) Pistachio nuts - Step 9: Make a coarse powder of the roasted nuts.
- Step 10: Turn off the hob and garnish with coarsely powdered mixture of roasted nuts.
