Low Carb Pizza and Garlic Bread
Goes well with Sparkling Cinnamon Drink.
The Garlic Bread tastes great with Minty Basil Mushroom Soup.

Steps¶
Common Prep Steps¶
- Step 1: Add
1 tbsp Olive Oil and1 tsp sugar in300 ml water and mix well. - Step 2: Take a bowl and add
1 cup vital wheat gluten . - Step 3: Add
1/4 cup wheat bran ,1/4 cup oat flour . - Step 4: Add
1/4 cup flax meal ,1/2 cup Almond Flour . - Step 5: Add
1 tsp baking powder ,1 tsp salt ,7 gms(1 sachet) dried yeast . - Step 6: Add liquid mix to dry mix and knead for 5 minutes.
- Step 7: Once consolidated, place the dough on oiled baking sheet.
- Step 8: Flatten it with hand at first and with roller pin later to bring it to about 14 inch diameter.
- Step 9: If you want your pizza to be round then using a large round utensil as guide and knife or pizza cutter trim uneven sides to get a circular shape else just use the knife or pizza cutter to make a rectangular shape.
- Step 10: Cover it with a slightly damp cloth and keep it aside to rise.
- Step 11: Use the trimmed dough to make another ball of dough and flatten it first with hand and then with roller pin to a size of roughly 8 to 10 inch.
- Step 12: Let the two items rise for a 40-60 minutes though leaving for about 2 hrs gets better results.
Garlic Bread¶
- Step 13: Take the smaller base and Using a fork pierce the base equidistantly.
- Step 14: In a microwaveable bowl take
30 gms salted butter . - Step 15: Using a grater, grate
3-4 cloves(Large) Garlic into the microwaveable bowl. - Step 16: Place the microwaveable bowl into microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- Step 17: Using an oil brush or spatula spread the melted butter and Garlic onto the smaller pierced base.
- Step 18: Put this into the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Step 19: Take it out after that and cut it into rectangular pieces using pizza cutter.
Pizza Toppings¶
- Step 20: While any topping can be used, I started by cutting
35 gms(1/3) Yellow Capsicum with knife. - Step 21: Then cut
30 gms(3-4) Brown chestnut mushrooms ,50 gms(1/2) onion and50 gms(1 ring) canned pineapple using knife and keep them separately for later use. - Step 22: Cut
125 gms Paneer and put in a small bowl. - Step 23: Add
2 tsp virgin olive oil ,2 tsp tandoori masala ,2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves andPink Himalayan Salt (to taste) and mix well.
Pizza¶
- Step 24: Take the larger base and spread evenly
3 tbsp pasta sauce on it using spatula. - Step 25: Then spread a thin layer of
40 gms grated mozzarella cheese . - Step 26: Add all veggie pizza toppings as much as possible without piling up and arranged side to side.
- Step 27: Then add paneer cubes, these can be piled on top of veggies, if there isn't enough space.
- Step 28: Now spread evenly
50 gms grated extra mature cheddar cheese . - Step 29: Then add
10 gms(8-10 rings) jalapenos . - Step 30: Finally sprinkle some more
20 gms grated mozzarella cheese . - Step 31: Put this into the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Step 32: Take it out after that and cut it using pizza cutter.

**Pizza Toppings**

**Pizza**

Then spread a thin layer of @grated mozzarella cheese{40%gms}.
Add all veggie pizza toppings as much as possible without piling up and arranged side to side.
Then add paneer cubes, these can be piled on top of veggies, if there isn't enough space.
Now spread evenly @grated extra mature cheddar cheese{50%gms}.
Then add @jalapenos{10%gms(8-10 rings)}.
Finally sprinkle some more @grated mozzarella cheese{20%gms}.
Put this into the #oven{} at 180°C for ~{20%minutes}.
Take it out after that and cut it using #pizza cutter{}.
