Steps¶
- Step 1: Melt
1.5 cups grated mozzarella cheese and2 tbsp cream cheese in a bowl using the microwave. - Step 2: Stir using a spatula until thoroughly combined.
- Step 3: Add
1 cup almond flour ,1 tbsp (grated) Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese . - Step 4: Mix
1/2 tbsp flax seed with1.5 tbsp (warm) water in a small bowl. - Step 5: Stir it vigorously using a fork and keep it aside for at least 5 minutes.
- Step 6: After 5 minutes transfer flax seed and water mixture to the first bowl with rest of the ingredients.
- Step 7: Add
1 tsp white wine vinegar and1/2 tsp baking powder . - Step 8: Knead it into a smooth dough using hands.
- Step 9: Divide the dough into 16 balls.
- Step 10: Roll the balls in
2 tbsp (powdered) Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese . - Step 11: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Step 12: Once hot, place the balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes at 200°C.
- Step 13: Serve Hot.
