  • Steps


    • Step 1: Melt 1.5 cups grated mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp cream cheese in a bowl using the microwave.
    • Step 2: Stir using a spatula until thoroughly combined.
    • Step 3: Add 1 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp (grated) Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese.
    • Step 4: Mix 1/2 tbsp flax seed with 1.5 tbsp (warm) water in a small bowl.
    • Step 5: Stir it vigorously using a fork and keep it aside for at least 5 minutes.
    • Step 6: After 5 minutes transfer flax seed and water mixture to the first bowl with rest of the ingredients.
    • Step 7: Add 1 tsp white wine vinegar and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
    • Step 8: Knead it into a smooth dough using hands.
    • Step 9: Divide the dough into 16 balls.
    • Step 10: Roll the balls in 2 tbsp (powdered) Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese.
    • Step 11: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
    • Step 12: Once hot, place the balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes at 200°C.
    • Step 13: Serve Hot.
